We sincerely apologize for the delay.
Please find below the solution related to your query.
In android we have to use different widgets to create the layout and widgets can directly be placed in xml or else we can create it with the help of code defining in java file, once the widget is created we can place the data through coding or we can define in xml file, if we define in .xml file then we can see the data without running the application but if we fetch the data through code then it can displayed in runtime.
To fetch the data dynamically we can use web services in which we can load the data and save the data to the server.
If you want to work with web service there are different types which you can implement, for eg if you want to fetch data through json then should have a url with a data saved in it, url can be a hosted url or from your local server and at the run time your saved data will be loaded to your application and finally you can see it.
